*PRIVATE SPANISH LESSONS

Payment for classes will be made in advance.
When a student cannot attend class, he/she must give at least one day’s notice; otherwise, the course will be charged.
In a 10-lesson plan, the student can cancel 1 lesson without giving one day’s notice to reschedule it for another day in the same week.

Lessons last 55 minutes.

Lessons that coincide with public holidays will be made before or after the day of the class on a date agreed upon by the student and the teacher.

The lesson will not count as given if the teacher cannot attend a class. If possible, it will be rescheduled for that same week, depending on the student’s availability. If it is impossible, one more day will be added to the original package.

Both the student and the teacher are responsible for connecting on time. If the student does not connect, the teacher will be online for the duration of the class, and it will be counted as given.

If the student does not attend the single class without giving at least one day’s notice, he/she will still have to pay for the course.

It is only allowed to cancel three classes per package. After the fourth class, the student must freeze the package and propose a date of a maximum of one month to resume it or it will expire.

In case the student needs to take a break, the schedule will be kept for one month. After this, the remaining classes will be kept for another month, although their time and day may be subject to change. After these two months, the remaining classes will expire. If after this period the student wishes to resume the classes, he/she must purchase a new package.

Students with lessons once a week can only access the 5-lesson bundle.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, Bizum, PayPal*, or Wise (*EU accounts only).

If the student needs an invoice, he/she must request one.
For payments by transfer, please write as "concept" CLASES ELE.

Prices for intensive DELE preparation courses (7 weeks or less) increase by 3 euros per hour.

*ELE TRAINERS COUNCELING

Payment for classes will be made in advance.
Both parties will agree on the counseling initiation date.

When booking an hour, the client has two weeks to reserve the counseling.

The hour equals 55 minutes and cannot be divided into periods shorter than that.

Both parties must agree upon any changes in the reserved dates. Otherwise, the initially agreed schedule will be maintained.

The 5-class package for doubts is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

It is the customer's responsibility to schedule the classes within the established timeframe.
