TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Class Duration and Scheduling

Each class lasts 55 minutes or 85 minutes.

Students who take one class per week can only purchase the 5-class package.

If a class falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled either before or after that date, at a time agreed upon by the student and the teacher.

Cancellations and Missed Classes

If a student cannot attend a class, they must notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be charged.
​

In a 5- or 10-class package, the student may reschedule up to 3 classes without 24 hours’ notice, as long as the classes are rescheduled within the same week. In a 20-class package, the student may reschedule up to 6 classes under the same conditions.

If a student misses a single class (not part of a package) without giving at least 24 hours’ notice, they will still need to pay for the session.

Only three cancellations are allowed per package. From the fourth cancellation onward, the student must pause the package and propose a date to resume within a maximum of one month, or the package will expire.

If the student needs to take a break, their schedule will be held for one month. After that period, the remaining classes will expire. To continue, the student will need to purchase a new package.

Teacher and Student Responsibilities

Both the student and the teacher are responsible for being on time.

If the student does not connect, the teacher will remain online for the full duration of the class, and the session will be counted as completed.

If the teacher is unable to attend a class, it will not be counted. If possible, it will be rescheduled for the same week, depending on the student’s availability. If not, one extra day will be added to the package.

Referral Program

Payment for classes will be made in advance.

Both parties will agree on the counseling initiation date.

When booking an hour, the client has two weeks to reserve the counseling.
​

The hour equals 55 minutes and cannot be divided into periods shorter than that.
​

Both parties must agree upon any changes in the reserved dates. Otherwise, the initially agreed schedule will be maintained.

The 5-class package for doubts is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

It is the customer's responsibility to schedule the classes within the established timeframe.
