PRIVATE SPANISH LESSONS

Class Duration and Scheduling

Each class lasts 55 minutes or 85 minutes.
Students who take one class per week can only purchase the 5-class package.
If a class falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled either before or after that date, at a time agreed upon by the student and the teacher.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure clear planning and consistent progress, the following policy applies to all students.

Payment Dates

Package payment dates are fixed and are not affected by cancellations or rescheduled classes.
Even if a student has pending classes, the payment date for the next package does not change.

Cancellations (Students with 1 Class per Week)

The number of classes that can be cancelled without rescheduling depends on the package purchased:

5-class package: 1 cancellation in less than 24 hours per packageper package
10-class package: 2 cancellations in less than 24 hours per package
20-class package: 4 cancellations in less than 24 hours per package

Once this limit is exceeded, the rescheduling rules below apply.

Rescheduling

When a class is cancelled, an alternative time will first be sought within the same week.
If this is not possible, availability will be checked during the following week.
If there is no availability in those two weeks, the student may still replace the class within the original duration of the package, but it is the student’s responsibility to find a suitable time.
Classes not replaced before the end of the package will be forfeited when the new package begins.

Exceptional Replacements

Only by prior agreement with the teacher, some classes may exceptionally be replaced on Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings.

Important Note

Packages are designed to be completed within a specific number of weeks. This policy ensures that classes follow the original schedule and that learning remains consistent and well organized.

Teacher and Student Responsibilities

Both the student and the teacher are responsible for being on time.
If the student does not connect, the teacher will remain online for the full duration of the class, and the session will be counted as completed.
If the teacher is unable to attend a class, it will not be counted. If possible, it will be rescheduled within the same week, depending on the student’s availability. If not, one extra day will be added to the package.

Referral Program

Refer a friend. If your friend signs up for lessons, you receive one free class.

ELE TRAINERS COUNCELING

Payment: All classes must be paid in advance.
Start Date: Both parties will agree on the counseling start date.
Booking Window: After purchase, the client has two weeks to schedule the counseling sessions.
Class Duration: Each session lasts 55 minutes and cannot be divided into shorter periods.
Changes to Schedule: Any changes to reserved dates must be agreed upon by both parties. If not, the original schedule will be maintained.
Validity of 5-Class Package: The 5-class package for doubts is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused classes will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Student Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule the classes within the established timeframe.
