TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​​Lesson Duration and Scheduling

• Each lesson lasts 55 minutes or 85 minutes.

 

• Students taking one lesson per week may only purchase the 5-lesson package.

 

• If a lesson falls on a public holiday, it will be rescheduled before or after that date,

       at a time agreed between the student and the teacher.

 

Cancellations and Missed Lessons

• If a student cannot attend, they must notify the teacher at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the lesson will still be charged.

• In 5- or 10-lesson packages, students may reschedule up to 3 lessons without 24-hour notice, provided they are made up within the same week.

​

• In 20-lesson packages, students may reschedule up to 6 lessons under the same conditions.

 

• For single lessons (not part of a package), if the student does not give 24 hours’ notice,     the lesson will still be charged.

​

• Only 3 cancellation per package are allowed. Starting from the fourth, the student must pause the package and set a new start date within 1 month. After that period, the package will expire.

 

• If a student needs to take a break, their schedule will be held for 1 month. After that,

       the lessons will expire, and a new package must be purchased to continue.

 

Responsibilities

• Both student and teacher are responsible for joining the class on time.

 

• If the student does not connect, the teacher will remain online for the full lesson time,     and it will count as delivered.

 

• If the teacher cannot attend, the lesson will not be counted. Whenever possible, it will be rescheduled within the same week. If that is not possible, one additional day will be added to the package.

• Payment must be made in advance.

 

• The start date of the first advisory session will be agreed upon by both parties.

 

• When purchasing a one-hour session, the client has two weeks               to schedule it.

 

• One hour is equivalent to 55 minutes and cannot be divided into shorter periods.

 

• Any changes to reserved dates must be agreed upon by both parties. If no agreement is reached, the originally scheduled timetable will remain in effect.

 

• The 5-lesson advisory package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused lessons will expire and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

 

• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule the lessons within the established timeframe.
